We are currently seeking a dedicated, proactive, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our Berwick Mitsubishi Service Centre team.
About the Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (38 hours per week).
In this position, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via email, SMS, and phone, completing data entry tasks, and managing appointment scheduling for our busy, multi award-winning Service Centre. Full training and ongoing support will be provided by our fantastic team.
