This isn’t just another sales position. As a senior consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers and a leader within the dealership. You’ll set the standard for sales excellence, mentor junior staff, and support the Sales Manager in daily operations while ensuring both customer satisfaction and dealership performance remain at the highest level.
What You’ll DoLead customer interactions, set benchmarks for engagement, and assist in closing deals
Mentor and support junior staff, stepping in as team lead when required
Drive dealership presentation standards from showroom display to yard operations
Champion customer satisfaction, handling escalations with professionalism
Support events, online merchandising, and finance processes
Achieve and exceed sales KPIs while contributing to team growth and dealership success
2+ years proven automotive sales experience (senior or leadership exposure highly regarded)
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and mentoring qualities
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure
An award-winning dealership selling over 300 vehicles monthly
