As a Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll be more than just a sales professional, you’ll be a trusted advisor and leader within the team. What You’ll Do

Sales and Customer Service

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and matching them with the right vehicle

  • Lead customer introductions and assist in closing deals in the absence of the Sales Manager

  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism, liaising with the GM/DP when required

  • Champion customer satisfaction, contributing to high Google Reviews and CSI scores

Operational and Functional Duties

  • Maintain deep knowledge of our vehicles, accessories, and product updates (including MMAL bulletins and incentives)

  • Oversee demo and showroom vehicle presentation including accessories, dress-up, cleanliness, fuel checks, and merchandising

  • Monitor and manage yard operations including battery checks, yard starts, vehicle changes, and resolving yard issues

  • Coordinate delivery schedules, working with detailers and the delivery team to ensure timely and seamless handovers

  • Set up MMAL POS displays monthly and ensure the showroom display is maintained to brand standards
