P&C Advisor – Midland Hub (Generalist, End‑to‑End Role)

We’re looking for a People and Culture Advisor to take full ownership of the Midland Hub portfolio in a busy automotive retail sales environment. You’ll be the trusted on‑site partner for leaders, providing practical, clear support to keep a fast‑moving workforce running smoothly.

This is a non‑traditional HR role. You’ll balance commercial needs with people expertise, using sound judgement to influence outcomes that work for both the team and the business. You’ll manage your portfolio independently while staying connected to a wider P&C team for ideas and support.
