The ideal candidate will:

• Be a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Have proven automotive sales experience
• Be a strong negotiator and closer
• Enjoy the chase of your next deal
• Be motivated and driven to succeed and break sales records
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Current Victorian drivers’ licence
• Previous vehicles sales/ Kia experience highly desirable
