Zeekr Perth in Victoria Park are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team due to the expansion of the service department. Position Overview:

We're currently seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team with the possibility to transition to an Assistant Service Manager for the right candidate. As a Service Advisor in Zeekr Perth Victoria Park, you'll be the face of our service department, assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

No Experience? No Worries! If you are a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide a training to suit.
  
Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred – not essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Career focused, resilient and a drive to succeed.
• Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Full WA drivers’ licence is essential.

• Outstanding communication skills and commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Enthusiastic, friendly and proactive demeanour with a helpful attitude
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is desirable, however not essential
