With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About the OpportunityBased in Harvey, Western Australia (140km south of Perth), we are seeking an outstanding Inventory Manager to join our Logistics team.Reporting to the WA Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role to ensure the coordination and management of the finished goods across the Harvey Fresh network and customer service on a daily basis.Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:Continual review of stock and stock level to reduce working capitalCoordination amongst the team to ensure goods are correctly received, stored, recorded and issuedProvide a support to other departments requiring stock information and valuationEnsure standard reporting systems and records are maintainedDevelop and implement processes to ensure that stock losses and adjustments are minimised at warehouse and cool room levelDrive continuous improvement initiatives for Inventory Management, ensuring deliverables are communicatedEnsure compliance with all company policy and industry regulations and standardsTake an active part in the SHE management systemPerform daily stock takes on Finished GoodsTo be considered for this position, you will require:Minimum 2 years of relevant FMCG experience in a similar role;Experience working with a WMS (Warehouse Management system);Strong attention to detail and follow up;Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships;Excellent communication & people skills; andIntermediate SAP & Microsoft office skills essentialParmalat encourages and supports a safe learning environment to give you the opportunity for a successful and rewarding career with us.
