Collaboration, flexibility and diversity are pillars of our environment.  With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference!About this opportunity:Due to internal movement, we have an exciting opportunity within our HR team based in Harvey, WA.  We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and passionate HR Manager to add value to the Harvey Business through the provision of proactive and customer focused HR services.Reporting to the Site Manager, you will partner with, and be a key member of the team working across the industrial space.  You will be responsible for building relationships at all levels and provide hands-on HR assistance and guidance.  You will support and coach managers through labour manager, IR issues, organisational change, while still driving cyclical HR activities including supporting and guiding our people leaders around such things as performance management, workforce utilisation, employee relations and change whilst advising and guiding on HR policies and procedures. The vision is that you will build solid relationships across the business and gain a deep understanding of the drivers in order to assess, recommend and implement appropriate people programs and solutions. This is a rare opportunity for you to join a market leading, global organisation in a key role that is both challenging and rewarding.  Expectations for this role also include:5+ years’ experience in both generalist HR and IR, dealing with operational / manufacturing employees.Be able to interpret relevant industrial instruments and legislation to provide effective IR service and advice to line management.Recruitment and on boarding, performance management, learning & development and EEO matters.Sound knowledge of employment relations legislation e.g. Fair Work Act.Good communication and interpersonal skills.A track record of being proactive and achieving outcomes.The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions.Ideal CandidateTo ensure your success in this role you will have HR experience demonstrating strong leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to work autonomously.  Ideal, but not compulsory is to have an understanding of Work Rights and visa restrictions.This position is based at our Harvey Fresh facility in Harvey with some travel to our Perth Office.  Your ability to build relationships, solve problems and achieve results will only add to your success.
