We currently have an opportunity for a Graphic & Digital Designer to ‘Don the Sash’ and join our Digital, Brand, and Content team on a full-time basis at our club headquarters at The Hangar, Melbourne Airport.Reporting to the Senior Graphic & Digital Designer, the successful candidate will be able to deliver high-quality graphic design outcomes as per the Clubs brand guidelines. The candidate will also be required to manage the print production process effectively, create and code HTML based marketing collateral and supply artwork for the Clubs official website and social media platforms.This position will suit an emerging designer and recent graduate (or near completion) with a minimum Certificate IV qualification in graphic/digital design, or related field.To be considered for the role, candidates must have the following essential skills and experience:Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)A good understanding of Adobe After Effects advantageousBasic HTML knowledge is essentialProficient on Mac platformProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to follow a brief, communicate your vision/concept and take client feedbackAbility to work in a team by contributing to campaign ideation and creation, and hold oneself accountable to deliverablesAbility to engage with a range of people and stakeholders and build trusting relationshipsAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and to meet tight deadlinesAbility to work autonomouslyPermanent Residency in Australia, or appropriate visa to work permanentlyCurrent Working With Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
