About the roleReporting onto our Global VP of Marketing, as the US Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic development and execution of our marketing efforts in North America. Your primary goal: increase Equiem’s brand awareness and generate qualified sales opportunities. We are looking for a generalist with experience in these marketing disciplines:Marketing strategy - building a clear, creative strategy to achieve business goalsProject management - managing complex projects and delivering them on scheduleEvent management - executing events end-to-end, in-person and digital Content marketing - working with content teams on blog, newsletter, social media strategyProduct marketing - launching new products, to drive awareness and interestAccount based marketing - working closely with sales to help close key opportunitiesDigital marketing - collaborating with digital teams on SEO, SEM, advertising About youYou are an outgoing and energetic Marketing Manager with a background in real estate, proptech, or B2B/technology companies. A go getter and a communicator by nature, you have the self drive to work autonomously and the confidence to lead a team seeing a project through to completion.Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline.5+ years' overall work experience in B2B marketing, technology or real-estate.3+ years' experience working as a Marketing Manager.Driven, self motivated, and confident, with excellent presentation and communication skills.If you have PR experience, we definitely want to hear from you!
