Supply Chain Administrator – Spare Parts

Epson Australia is a world leader in the printer and imaging market, with leading shares in many segments of the ANZ market.  We have moved into a brand new premises in Yennora to help with our ambitious growth plans.  We are now seeking a customer focused person to join our Supply Chain team, within our Customer Service Division.This diverse role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Knowledge of product & spare parts master data and BOM’s.Creating, updating and maintaining master data & BOMS using SAP and other Supply Chain systems.Customer management providing ETA’s and purchase order supportInventory management and investigating discrepancy issues.Participate in demand forecasting, production planning and purchasing processes.Raise, track and receipt purchase orders with local & overseas suppliers.Work closely with the service and dispatch teams to ensure the right items are dispatched on time and correctly .Coordinate import documentation and clearance processes.To be successful, you will haveExperience working in a similar Supply Chain roleAn understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain managementKnowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAPExperience working with and managing spare partsKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications and have advanced Excel skillsStrong numerical skillsAn excellent eye for detailExcellent verbal and written English skillsA positive & mature mindset If you want to join a collaborative and supportive team, and you believe you have the necessary skills and attributes to succeed in this role, then be quick & APPLY NOW!We’d love to hear from you. Please note, only Australian residents with unrestricted work rights will be considered.
