We are now seeking a customer focused person to join our Spare Parts team, within our Customer Services Division.This diverse role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Updating our systems with new spare parts product informationProviding email and telephone support to customers regarding their spare parts ordersLiaising with other Epson subsidiaries and departments regarding spares identification, purchase orders, and pricing changesInventory and spare parts stock controlTo be successful, you will haveExperience working with spare parts, either in a similar role or from working in manufacturing or distribution areasAn understanding of logisticsKnowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAPKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong numerical skillsAn excellent eye for detailGood verbal and written English skillsA positive & mature mindsetIf you want to join a collaborative and supportive team, and you believe you have the necessary skills and attributes to succeed in this role, then be quick & APPLY NOW!
