As the Service Network Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Epson's service coverage and infrastructure for all products are maintained at the highest standards. You will be tasked with overseeing and organising our Authorised Service Agents (ASAs) to ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and support across multiple facets.Your key responsibilities will include:Collaborate closely with your Manager and Epson staff to achieve and maintain corporate Customer Service goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Select, train, motivate, manage, review and support Epson ASAs, ensuring they have the necessary resources to excel and meet industry expectations.Establish responsive reporting channels for effective communication.Offer ASA repair support and liaise with the Epson Repair Centre (ERC) to resolve repair and technical issues.Resolve service-related customer disputes that are escalated from the call centre.Continuously review and align systems with current service practices and processes.Qualifications and ExperienceAn experienced people leader who can effectively build and maintain relationships, can coach, mentor and develop team to continually evolve and excessEssential to this role you will need great attention to detail, and excellent communication skillsYou must have proven experience (3 years) in a service coordinating capacity with a solid understanding of indirect service models an advantageDemonstrates solid operational experience, preference being in a technical environmentA change and continuous improvement advocatePreferably in the printing, copier, or technology industryWhat we offer youBirthday leaveVolunteer LeaveFree parking (Macquarie Park & Yennora sites)Staff discounts on Epson productsStaff discounts on Seiko watchesEpson’s default super fund coverage and additional insurance coverage at no expense to the employeeHow to ApplyIf this sounds like you - apply via the link and include a current resume along with a covering letter outlining why you would be the ideal person for this role.Only shortlisted applicants will be contactedYou must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights to be considered for this roleRecruitment Agencies - Thank you for thinking of us, however we do endeavour to fill this opportunity through direct channels at this time.
