About the Role

To deliver a high standard of post-sales support, both technical and administrative, for all products distributed in Australia and New Zealand.

To adhere to Epson policies and procedures; to liaise with management to maintain customer expectations and Epson objectives and targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years in a clerical role
  • Customer focused
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation and prioritising skills
  • An ability to multi-task
  • Positive team player
  • Flexible
