Epson Australia is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and quality products to join our Customer Service team as a Post-Sales Support Engineer.Reporting to the Business Support & Services Manager, this role will see you assisting with post sales activities of Large Format Printers, Point of Sale, and Label Printers, and providing support to our customers and dealers either onsite or via phone and email.Your key responsibilities include:Act as first point of contact in resolving dealers and customers software/hardware queries as they ariseAssist the sales team with post sales activities such as hardware and software connectivitySupport dealer network with hardware installation and post-sales supportDiagnose Epson large format products under warranty or deemed as non-warranty jobsUpdating and maintaining technical information, software and firmwareTo be successful in this role, you will:Have strong printer repair experience, ideally on large format printers or point of sale machinesAn understanding of colour management and inkjet technology would be a plusHave a solid technical background within the IT industryBe excited for new challenges and are passionate about providing exceptional customer serviceIf you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, are a confident team player who can establish and maintain long term business relationships, then we’d love to hear from you!
