Epson Australia is currently in search for an A+ repair technician to join our Epson Repair Centre, working on repairs and refurbishments, as well as being the subject matter expert for our service network and customers.This is an initial 12 month contract with a view to extend or go perm. You will be reporting to the ERC supervisor and working within a team of 5 in a workshop environment.Your role consists of, but not limited to:Repairing of inkjet printers including Large Format Printers & ProjectorsRefurbishing Epson products and repairs covered by warranty or deemed as non-warranty jobsOrdering, receiving and distribution of spare partsProviding product support and technical advice to customers and service agentsPerforming on-site repairs including occasional interstate travels â Epson will pay for mileage or cover any travel expensesThis A+ candidate will: Have a solid background in repairing and refurbishing projectors and printers, ideally in inkjetHave broad trouble-shooting and fault finding skillsHave a strong understanding of PC networkingPossess strong communication skillsBe able to maintain job documentationPassionate about working for the brand and with high end productsBe looking for long term employmentHave full work rightsPlease only apply if you meet the criteria above and have not applied in the past.
