We have recently moved into brand new premises in Yennora to help with our ambitious growth plans.Due to a recent promotion we are now seeking a customer focused person to join our Spare Parts team, within our Customer Services Division. This is an Entry Level role.This diverse role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Updating our systems with new spare parts product informationProviding email and telephone support to customers regarding their spare parts ordersLiaising with other Epson subsidiaries and departments regarding spares identification, purchase orders, and pricing changesInventory and spare parts stock controlTo be successful, you will have:Experience working with spare parts, either in a similar role or from working in manufacturing or distribution areasAn understanding of logisticsKnowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP (or proven ability to pick it up quickly)Knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong numerical skillsAn excellent eye for detailGood verbal and written English skillsIf you want to join a collaborative and supportive team and you believe you have the necessary skills and attributes to succeed in this role, then we'd love to hear from you.
