Service Coordinator

Epson Australia is currently seeking an upbeat and experienced Service Coordinator to join our growing Customer Service team in North Ryde.This Service Coordinator will be reporting to the Service Network Supervisor and some of the duties performed in this diverse role will include:Providing support to customers and Epson Authorised Service Agents both over the phone and via emailEnsuring Epson Authorised Service Agents adhere to and deliver agreed service levelsEnsuring overall customer satisfaction and resolution of outstanding issuesConducting initial assessments and assisting in appointment of new Service Agents where requiredCommunication of all relevant & up to date technical information via distribution of bulletinsWorking alongside the technical trainer for training deliveryAssisting with various adhoc duties including warranty claims and spare parts availabilityTo be successful for this role, you need to have:2-3 years’ experience in a customer support positionHigh attention to detailStrong organization skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlinesGreat phone manner with outstanding communication skillsPrevious experience working with a Service Network as well as using SAP is highly advantageous.If you have the necessary skills and attitude to excel in this role, then send your resume through.Please note, training on the Epson product range will be provided to the successful candidate as required.
