Seeking a motivated and energetic Leading Hand to supervise, monitor and control the operations of the warehouse at head office in North Ryde!You will join a laid-back team of individuals who work harmoniously together to achieve a common goal.Our receiving warehouse consists of 4 people including this position, and is a part of a larger warehouse team of 17.Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:Assisting the Warehouse Manager in managing all Warehouse Storepersons in the Receiving/Returns sideAllocating work to each team memberOverseeing the day to day operations of Receiving and Spare Parts.Ensuring orders are received in an accurate and timely mannerAssisting with Stock Management and ensuring stock rotationMaintain a high standard of WH&S, warehouse housekeeping and equipment maintenanceAddressing phone and email enquiries from internal departments and external customers and suppliers in a prompt and efficient mannerTo be successful in this role, you will have:3 â 5 years’ experience in a similar roleExcellent leadership skillsKnowledge of SAPA forklift licenseStrong WH&S knowledgeA strong customer focus and organisational skillsStrong attention to detailIf you feel you meet these requirements and wish to work for a market leader, click apply now!
