You will be reporting to the ERC Supervisor and working within a team of 5 in a workshop environment.Your role consists of, but not limited to:Repairing of inkjet printers including Large Format Printers & ProjectorsRefurbishing Epson products and repairs covered by warranty or deemed as non-warranty jobsOrdering, receiving and distribution of spare partsProviding product support and technical advice to customers and service agentsPerform on-site repairs as needed including occasional interstate and overnight travels â Epson will pay for mileage or cover any travel expensesThe A+ candidate for this role will:Have a solid background in repairing and refurbishing projectors and printers, ideally in inkjetHave broad trouble-shooting and fault finding skillsHave a strong understanding of PC networkingHave the ability to maintain job documentationHave a valid driver licence and own carIf you meet the criteria above, are looking for long term employment and a great work life balance, then please send your application through!
