You will be responsible for category strategy, external engagement, tendering, partnerships, and aligning internal teams to deliver best-in-class hardware, software, and services.Your key responsibilities will include:Define and execute strategies that strengthen Epson’s position within the business and enterprise print market.Represent Epson at industry events, conferences, and panels to position the brand as a market leader. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand Epson’s reach and solution offerings. Oversee the full tendering and bid process, ensuring competitive and customer-focused submissions.Manage initiatives that require collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.Lead and manage a team of product managers and solution expertsQualifications and ExperienceEssential to this role will be proven experience in a Category or Division Manager role, preferably in the printing, copier, or technology industry with formal Marketing or Business qualifications.You will have a strong understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS) and the market dynamics. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to manage projects with cross functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent analytical skills and enjoys problem-solving. About the Role

Epson Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Category Manager to lead the growth and development of Epson’s Document Solutions category by defining and executing strategies that strengthen Epson’s position as the leader in business inkjet (BIJ) and enterprise print. You will be responsible for category strategy, external engagement, tendering, partnerships, and aligning internal teams to deliver best-in-class hardware, software, and services.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential to this role will be proven experience in a Category or Division Manager role, preferably in the printing, copier, or technology industry with formal Marketing or Business qualifications.

You will have a strong understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS) and the market dynamics. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to manage projects with cross functional teams.
