About the role

In this dynamic role, you'll provide both support and leadership by supervising children aged 5-12 years, ensuring their safety and well-being, while also co-managing a team of Educators.

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
• You’ll be responsible for supervising children to ensure their safety and well-being
• Lead a team of Educators onsite
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent) and/or 3 years’ experience
• Demonstrated supervision skills.
• Demonstrated experience communicating in a range of contexts.
• Knowledge and understanding of childhood development and programming for children.
• An understanding of Children’s Services Regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the My Time Our Place Framework.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing quality improvement through and evaluating routines.
• Ability to undertake computing tasks.

Additional Requirements

• A current Drivers license.
• Current NSW working with children’s check prior to commencement.
