You will champion reflective, evidence-based practice, drive innovation, and foster a high-performance culture across your team.This role is primarily based at our Lismore office, with occasional travel across the NSW Far North Coast region and to other sites as required. Mandatory staff meetings are held at 76 Carrington Street, Lismore.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Provide line management, supervision, coaching, and performance appraisals to staff within your portfolio.Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs in line with funding agreements and organisational priorities.Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding body requirements.Monitor program performance, assess risks, and provide recommendations to the CEO.Support the recruitment, retention, and professional development of a skilled workforce.Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Promote a culture of innovation, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.Represent Community Gateway positively in external forums, interagency meetings, and communities of practice.About YouYou are a strategic, innovative, and organised professional with a strong background in health, counselling, or case management.
