The Role

As our Tarmac Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of site operations—driving performance, leading teams, and ensuring every stretch of tarmac is laid to perfection. From safety to scheduling, you’ll own the delivery and make things happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading tarmac gangs and overseeing day-to-day site activity
• Making sure all works align with RAMS and technical drawings
• Coordinating labour, plant, and materials like a pro
• Delivering engaging toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Keeping quality, productivity, and timelines on track
• Building strong relationships with clients, foremen, and site managers
• Staying on top of site paperwork and reporting

What You’ll Need

• Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid qualification
• Right to work in the UK
• Solid experience supervising tarmac works

• 5+ years in a similar supervisory role
