Skilled Groundworker – External Drainage

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Groundworker with experience in external drainage to join our busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of external drainage systems including laying pipes, manholes, and inspection chambers

• Prepare and lay correct bedding and surround materials for drainage pipes

• Carry out general groundwork tasks including trench digging, backfilling, and site tidying

• Support the team with finishing works such as kerbs, edgings, and paving where required

• Operate small plant and equipment safely (dumper experience preferred)

• Work safely around live services following site safety procedures

• Communicate effectively with the site team and follow instructions

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• Skilled groundwork experience with a focus on external drainage

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Right to work in the UK
