Essential Role Requirements:Ensuring the day-to-day operations of Engineers, Foremen, labour, and plant are properly managedEnsuring the correct material and plant arrive in good time for works to commenceImplementing the Company Health & Safety Management Systems and Procedures and Quality Assurance Procedures including making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety, and the environment (HSE) are adhered toEnsure we are working to relevant specificationsReport progress on projects, maintain and update project reporting, checkpoints, and financial reporting to a high standardPreparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work startsDeveloping the programme of work and strategy for the project, planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of materialsWorking closely with the clients as a team and building long term cordial relationshipsWorking closely with CM and QS to ensure forecast is followed in regard to labour and plantManagement of all facets of temporary works across the projectGeneral Expectations:Reliable & punctualAble to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on timeRight to work in the UKCards & Qualifications Required:CSCS Supervision/Management/Engineering Related Degree or EquivalentTemporary Works CoordinatorCITB 5-Day SMSTSFirst Aid at Work CertificationWe do have high standards for the work carried out on our sites, and in exchange, we offer:A commitment to fair and competitive ratesOpportunities for additional contracts on prospective projectsAccess to further training, as required by specific site needs AUDMaidstoneME14 1
