Skilled Groundworker – External Works (Slabs, Kerbs & Edgings) – Coinford

We are seeking skilled groundworkers with a strong focus on external works, specifically slabs, kerbs, and edgings, to support high-quality delivery across our projects. Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and relevant site documentation
• Proven experience in external works including kerb laying, edgings, and slab installation
• Ensure all works are completed to specification, line and level, and to a high standard of finish
• Strong understanding of correct materials and installation methods for kerbs, edgings, and slabs
• Experience in preparing sub-bases and ensuring correct formation for paving works
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• CPCS or NPORS tickets
• 5–10+ years’ experience in skilled groundworks
• Established gangs or teams are highly desirable
