What You'll Be Doing
As a Foreman, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of site operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading daily toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote a culture of safety and accountability

  • Monitoring and driving high performance and safe working practices among operatives

  • Ensuring plant, equipment, and materials are on site, aligned with the programme of works

  • Implementing safe methods of work, especially around buried services

  • Interpreting site programmes and drawings, and translating them into clear, actionable plans

  • Mentoring teams, helping to maintain quality, health & safety, and production standards

  • Overseeing and coordinating sub-contractors on-site

What We’re Looking For:
