General Labourer

We’re looking for skilled and reliable General Labourers to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting tradespeople with general labouring tasks, including material handling and site preparation

• Maintaining clean, safe working areas and ensuring safe access routes

• Working safely around live services and following all health and safety protocols

• Carrying out daily pre-start safety checks on equipment and reporting any maintenance needs

• Replenishing materials and supporting the smooth running of the site

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in general labouring tasks

• Proactive attitude and good time management skills

• Ability to work well as part of a team and support project delivery on time

• Reliable and punctual with the right to work in the UK

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years’ experience in construction labouring with a willingness to learn and grow

• Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets for operating machinery such as Telehandlers, Dumpers, and Rollers

• Experience working as part of a gang or team is a big plus

Required Qualifications:

• CSCS Labourer card or equivalent

• GQA Labourer qualification with relevant experience

Additional/Desirable Certifications:

• CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper

• CPCS/NPORS Ride-on Roller/Road Roller

• CAT and Genny Training

• Safety Critical Medical (site-specific)
