Traineeships, work placements and work experience
Cardinia offers opportunities for a traineeships, as well as work experience and work placements.
Apprenticeships and traineeships
- We offer a range of apprenticeships and traineeships. These usually involve on-the-job training and training at a TAFE college or other recognised training organisation.
- During a traineeship, trainees often work towards a Certificate IV Business while working full time at Council.
Work experience and work placements
We offer work experience and work placement opportunities so students can get an insight into a potential career or area of work.
Work experience program currently on hold
- We’re currently working on some improvements to our work experience and work placement programs, so applications are currently closed.
