You'll play a vital role in developing sustainable strategies aligned with council's objectives and enhancing our processes.  Make a Difference  by determining staffing needs and responsibilities for tree-care processes. providing guidance and development to a team of qualified arborists. developing and implementing long-term sustainable strategies for tree population management. Ensuring compliance with regulations and manage emergency response plans. overseeing contracts for tree maintenance and manage budget performance. Offering strategic advice for arboriculture services' development. What you’ll bring   Diploma in Arboriculture with local government experience. Proven ability in risk assessment, contract oversight, and strategy development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work culture. Data analysis proficiency and attention to detail.
