Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge within a different environment?Passionate about the wellbeing and safety of employees within the workplace?Are you sick of shift work and want steady work hours?If you answered YES, read on! About the roleWe are currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our WHS team.  Apply your skills and knowledge in this newly created role to support the health and wellbeing of our employees.Reporting to the Group WHS Manager, you will be principally responsible for managing the entire Injury Management, RTW and Workers compensation process. Working across our 2 sites located in Wetherill Park and Arndell Park, you will be responsible for assessing, treating and supporting our injured staff and coordinating their return to work. The role will see you educating our employees on how to prevent accidents and injuries by conducting workplace assessments and making recommendations.  You will also have the opportunity to be involved with and drive initiatives that support the overall wellbeing of the workforce through a range of programs and strategies. About UsEstablished in 1969, we have grown to be one of Australia's largest family owned meat operations, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers and export channels.We employ over 800 staff and are proud to have won Woolworths Meat Supplier of the Year for 2011, 2012 and 2017.Our leading-edge manufacturing processes and dedicated team produce high quality food products across a range of fresh categories.
