Learning and Development Manager

About the RoleThe Learning and Development Manager will be based at our Wetherill Park site.In this role you will use your training flare to develop, implement and evaluate a learning and development program across the organisation.You will be responsible for supporting our staff to build capability that results in improved performance and productivity across both operational and professional roles.This role will also oversee regulatory compliance for the Wetherill Park Training Centre RTO.Your new role will include:Undertaking a business wide training needs analysisCreating, designing and implementing online learning and development courses through ELMOWorking closely with line managers to identify training needsDelivering professional and technical trainingWorking with the wider HR team on employee performance and engagement strategiesDeveloping a structured approach to learning and development for staffOverseeing the management of our RTOEstablishing and managing KPIs for trainingDeveloping and implementing operational training programsOverseeing the implementation and management of our skills matrixManaging 2 direct reports About UsNowhere is trust more important than in the processing and provision of the food that we eat.Building on over 50 years experience in the industry, BE Campbell have grown to be one of Australia's largest and most trusted family owned food operators supplying a diverse range of sales channels including major supermarkets, food service, retail butchers and export markets.We employ over 800 staff and spans across 3 productions facilities and a Head office site in Western Sydney and regional NSW. Driven by our purpose of ‘Enriching lives through wholesome food’, we are committed to making a positive impact and providing innovative and high quality products to enable customers to lead healthier, happier lives.We foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture built upon family values.
