Providing essential services throughout many different industries.  What you’ll doThe Trainer and Assessor role offers a unique opportunity to share your expertise, impart practical knowledge and ensure our workforce is equipped with the skills they need to excel in their careers. You’ll be a key player in maintaining the highest standards of safety and proficiency in the field.Prepare and set up materials, tools, and equipment for field-based technical training.Deliver technical training for ATCO Gas Australia employees and contractors on gas distribution network construction and maintenance for compliance and safety.Conduct field assessments to verify competency in line with Australian Qualifications Framework and safety procedures.Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure timely and compliant employee assessments.Integrate workplace practices into training and assessment materials through reviews.Assist in developing relevant training and assessment tools.Participate in validation meetings to ensure compliance with RTO standards and training packages. Skills & ExperienceWe understand that you may have some but not all of what’s listed below – and that is ok!
