This role is based in Jandakot and will report into the Business Analysis and Quality Assurance Lead. What you'll doDevelop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and timelines based on project specifications.Identify test scenarios and create detailed test cases to ensure maximum test coverage.Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools.Document test results, including pass/fail status, defects found, and any deviations from expected outcomes.Conduct regression testing to ensure defects are fixed and new functionalities do not adversely impact existing features.Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system functionality and resolve issues.Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress, including any risks or issues that may impact project timelines.Identify opportunities to streamline testing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.Skills and experienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in software testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management.Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques including both manual and automated testing approaches.Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and reports; including writing and managing test plans in Microsoft Azure DevOps.Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of utility-specific applications and business processes is beneficial but not essential What we offer  Your Impact: Play a crucial role in high-impact initiatives that will shape the future of our organisation.
