This role will report into the General Manager, Technology, ATCO Australia. About the role The Technology Business Partner – Customer Relations & Corporate Services bridges business strategy and technology execution, ensuring alignment across departments. By creating value, enhancing productivity, and improving customer experiences, this role drives operational effectiveness and manages risk. Leading strategic delivery, managing stakeholders, and engaging with business units, the Technology Business Partner enables success through effective technology solutions. Key role accountabilities Establishing strategic alignment between business units and Technology by translating organisational goals into actionable technology initiatives aligned to Technology strategy, acting as a liaison between the Technology function and business units. Facilitate the development of tailored technology roadmaps that enables business unit needs, guiding the strategic direction of technology investments and initiatives. Apply a comprehensive understanding of business and strategic objectives to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and innovation. Assuming ownership for continuous delivery and operations of business unit-specific technology assets and initiatives, ensuring adherence to technology guardrails and team budgets whilst maximising value delivery. Fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring transparent communication, efficient resource allocation, and seamless coordination to achieve organisational goals. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in roles where a deep understanding of both business and technology is required, this could include roles such as IT project management, software engineering, product owner, solution architect, business analyst, consulting, or similar positions. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different departments or business units. Experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution is beneficial. Proven skills in continuous delivery of value and DevOps. Demonstrated expertise in leading a high-performing team of technology experts. Understanding of and experience working with corporate services teams, and or customer relation teams.
