ATCO owns and operates Western Australia's largest gas distribution network with more than 750,000 connection points and 14,000km of pipelines. ATCO also operates two progressive power generation stations - in Adelaide and the Pilbara.Based at our Jandakot Office reporting to the Senior Manager Technical Services. Responsibilities’ are writing, reviewing, and updating operational technical documentation (e.g. Safe Work Instructions, Design Guidelines, Procedures, Process Maps, Forms & User Manuals etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance and support the effective field operations of the gas infrastructure network.What you will contribute to:Provide in-house authoring and editing services to deliver fit-for-purpose, up-to-date and managed documents in line with document management processes.Provide advice and assistance to ATCO staff to assist with internal documentation.Liaise with the Document Controller to ensure approved documents are published and distributed across the business.Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content is correct, relevant and applicable.Undertake internal peer reviews of technical documentation across business functions to ensure consistency and transparency of information.Accurately schedule and communicate plans for required work to deliver document projects.About you:Demonstrated technical writing experience in an engineering environment (gas is desirable) coupled with the ability to map business processes and produce technical publications to a high standard.Excellent computer skills including the ability to utilise a range of information and document management systems (MS Office, MS Visio desirable).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and deliver excellent customer service.Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver multiple priorities to meet deadlines.If this sounds like you, please apply by attaching your resume and cover letter.ATCO fosters an inclusive workplace culture where everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
