You will be joining a supportive HR team that has a genuine seat at the table and the ability to effect positive change daily. With a mix of both blue and white collar partnership and an exciting year of new initiatives ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity to have genuine impact.What You Will Contribute To:Effective coaching and partnership with people leaders from a diverse range of disciplines.Proactively partnering with people leaders in relation to workforce planning, team structure and employee development planning.Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge including relevant employment legislation and Modern Awards.Influence HR policy review and development inline with contemporary HR trends as well as legislative changes.Supporting Talent & Succession Planning Processes.Coaching people leaders on performance management matters, including employee counselling, discipline and termination processes.Assisting with HR Projects & Continuous Improvement initiatives.About You:We understand that you may have some but not all of what’s listed below – and that is ok!
