Position: PlannerLocation: JandakotEmployment Type: Full-time/permanentJob Summary:This position will be suited to someone with an extensive customer service background and able to manage a high volume of customer enquiries over the phone and via email. You will also be required to review, process, monitor and close out customer requests for approval to work in the vicinity of our High-pressure Gas Network and provide documentation to support BYDA (Before You Dig Australia) plans.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Manage a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone and email by referring to our Controlled document for working around Gas InfrastructureReview customer requests to work in the vicinity of our High-Pressure Gas Network and create work ordersRefer requests that require Engineering Assessment to our Engineering team and monitor the responseManage shared Outlook account by reviewing and prioritising incoming enquiriesProvide additional documentation to support BYDA (Before You Dig Australia) plansMonitor completion of customer works and close out work ordersAccountable for KPI’sDespatch work on to Field Device, monitor completion, review and closeoutPrioritise requests in response to emergency worksWork collaboratively with other Departments to manage the completion of shared fieldworkMaterial ordersCreate purchase orders and goods receipt invoices for goods and servicesAssist in the analysis of information and production-related reportsData entry of timesheets and other field informationMaintain a list of approved ContractorsQualifications & experiencePrevious experience in a similar roleHandling a high volume of inbound callsAbility to learn and manage multiple IT systemsWork independently and within a team, taking direction from colleaguesAbility to multi-task and re-prioritise work under pressureStrong verbal and written communication skills.Advanced problem-solving skillsPersonal standards of reliability, honesty and integrityCompetent in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & AdobeSAP experience preferred but not essentialWhat we offerFlexible working: Our people value collaboration, innovation, and performance, while we value flexibility for remote work and virtual connections.Collaborative culture: We encourage and empower everybody to share their ideas and expertise to feel valued and to make a positive impact.Professional development: We're committed to your professional development and offer avenues for career advancement.Purchase Additional Leave: We recognise the importance of work/life balance as part of our overall approach to workplace flexibility.
