This includes liaising with key stakeholders to assist with the timely and appropriate coordination of strategic business matters and supporting the implementation of the overall Network Operations business plan.What you’ll doSchedule monthly and fortnightly management meetings, providing accurate and detailed minutes and tracking meeting actions to ensure completion.Undertakes credit card reconciliation and coordinates travel and event logistics for the Network Operations Management team.Where applicable, coordinate timely job dispatch to field crews during significant incidents to ensure network safety.Provide support and guidance to the Network Operations Administrator, including—but not limited to—administering leave requests and overseeing the submission of timesheets for review and processing.Ensure compliance and adherence to current workflow, processes and procedures, and recommend innovation and continuous improvement of processes and work procedures.Conduct system health checks and testing for application upgrades, identify defects, and communicate these issues to IT teams for resolution.Produces correspondence, templates, reports, statistical information, presentations and other documents as timely and accurately as management requires.Raises purchase orders in SAP, carries out goods receipts, and establishes new vendors.Manages, prepares, and issues the Afterhours Call Out and 10-week Cycle rosters to Network Operations teams, including liaising with Gas Distribution Officers, Supervisors, and Duty Managers.Prepares monthly operations reports, KPIs, and dashboards, working with key stakeholders and managers on content and review.
