Land Management Coordinator

ATCO also operates two progressive power generation stations - in Adelaide and the Pilbara.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and tenacious Land Management Coordinator to join our Engineering Services Team based at our Jandakot office reporting to the Senior Engineer. This position will be offered on a 1 year fixed term contract with a possibility of extension.Using your strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge, you will be responsible for ensure compliance of the pipeline easements and properties with the requirements of relevant standards, licences, property access agreements, along with any applicable easement and environmental management plans. What you will contribute to:Conduct landholder liaison visits and stakeholder engagement activities, including pipeline safety awareness presentations, as required. Note this may involve activities outside of metropolitan jurisdiction between Geraldton and Busselton.Provide up to date data input into relevant database as appropriate and in accordance with proceduresProvide regular reporting, as required, to management and other stakeholders regarding easement condition, compliance status, third party works and stakeholder issues.Undertake other tasks, as required, to support the Engineering Coordinators.Contribute to delivering a strong safety message to both internal and external stakeholders (acting as a role model and identifiable safety advocate)About you:Relevant qualification (e.g. Land management, civil engineering or construction, public relations)Considerable experience in similar technical role in an operational environment, such as with a utility or construction contractor.Valid Australian Drivers LicenceExperience working with general public and land ownersExperience in field work and remote locations4WD Training/ experienceAttainment of basic Construction Safety accreditation (blue or white card), or ability to acquireKnowledge of requirements and risks associated with working around gas pipeline corridor infrastructure, or ability to rapidly acquireATCO fosters an inclusive workplace culture where everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
