We are seeking dynamic and visionary leaders who are ready to join us on this journey and shape the future of our Technology landscape. This role will report into the General Manager - Technology, ATCO Australia.  Position:  Integration Platform Lead Location:  Perth Employment Type:  Full-time/permanent  About role Lead the development and advocacy of standards and best practices within the webMethods domain, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and organisation objectives. Architect comprehensive governance processes to ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes while enhancing operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement through initiatives that elevate the maturity of webMethods capabilities, finding opportunities for optimisation and increased efficiency. Champion the excellence of webMethods capabilities to both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate forward-thinking leadership by setting examples and providing expert advice to achieve outstanding client results. Lead all aspects of architectural planning, ensuring proposed solutions align with client requirements and industry-leading practices.  What we are looking for A Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing sophisticated integration solutions for enterprise-level systems. Extensive integration architecture experience, with an understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and data formats. Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture and design, creating and maintaining blueprints, reference models, and lifecycle models for technology solutions. Experience in leading a team excelling at delivering value in a DevOps environment to the organisation. Engage effectively with business and technology stakeholders, simplifying sophisticated issues, and driving efficiency.  What we offer   Your Impact: Play a crucial role in high-impact initiatives that will shape the future of our organisation.
