This role will report into the General Manager, Technology, ATCO Australia.  About the role   Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose integration architecture aligned with business objectives and Technology roadmaps, ensuring that integration efforts contribute directly to organisational success. Maximise the utilisation of integration platforms, collaborating with multi-functional teams to gather requirements, define new integration interfaces and optimise existing ones. Design integration solutions that align with business requirements and technical constraints, utilising appropriate tools and technologies to develop and implement integration solutions efficiently whilst ensuring consistency, accuracy, and performance across platforms. Monitor integration performance metrics and optimise for enhanced efficiency and reliability, proactively addressing integration-related issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Document integration processes, configurations, and standard methodologies for knowledge sharing and future reference, contributing to established integration principles, patterns, and standards. Contribute to establishment and maintenance of integration Architecture guard rails, collaborating with peers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver coordinated connected solutions. Lead a small Integration team, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Maintain the integration environments to ensure availability and operational objective are met, monitoring, supporting, and identifying/resolving system integration issues. What we are looking for   A Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing sophisticated integration solutions for enterprise-level systems. Extensive integration architecture experience, with an understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and data formats. Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture and design, creating and maintaining blueprints, reference models, and lifecycle models for technology solutions. Experience in leading a team excelling at delivering value in a DevOps environment to the organisation.
