Providing essential services throughout many different industries.    About the role  Act as the primary point of contact for all fleet-related faults and issues raised by the business, including those identified during inspections, ensuring prompt resolution. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to authorise and oversee repair and maintenance works, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to identify and implement enhancements and improvements to the fleet, aligning with approved initiatives and organisational objectives. Oversee the process of body build, including electrical work, fit-outs, and vendor branding, ensuring compliance with established standards and specifications. Handle vehicle insurance claims, coordinating quotes, inspections, and repairs between the insurance company and drivers/supervisors to ensure timely resolution.    What we are looking for  A recognised trade certificate in light and/or heavy vehicles, with auto mechanical and/or electrical knowledge, is desirable. C class driver’s licence. A medium rigid class driver's license is desirable. Previous experience in fleet management or a related field, demonstrating familiarity with fleet maintenance practices and compliance standards highly desirable. Familiarity with fleet management software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms, highly regarded.  Demonstrated organisational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.    Why click apply?  Joining ATCO means being part of a community of people looking to change the world.
