As Fleet Manager you will drive operational excellence and lead a dynamic team. Are you ready for the challenge?Develop and maintain ATCO’s fleet management strategy to ensure ATCO’s fleet continues to support the business in achieving our overarching goals and objectives.Monitor and analyse fleet costs, performance, and utilisation data, and identify and implement opportunities for improvement to ensure the fleet is utilised efficiently to maximise usage, reduce downtime, and minimise unnecessary costs.Develop and manage the fleet Capex program, including acquisitions, replacements, and disposals. Prepare and present business case to senior management and key stakeholders.Lead all aspects of and manage ATCO’s fleet suppliers to ensure they remain fit for purpose and provide value for money.Maintain a strong focus on safety by ensuring that all vehicles and drivers adhere to safety regulations and standard processes, reducing accidents and potential liabilities.Stay updated with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to fleet management and ensure that ATCO Gas's fleet operations consistently align with these requirements, avoiding fines and legal issues.Skills & ExperienceWe understand that you may have some but not all of what’s listed below – and that is ok!
