About the role The Change Enablement Lead works with project delivery leads and key stakeholders to design and integrate effective change management practices that drive successful adoption. This role ensures smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes by assessing change impacts, managing risks, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role also supports and uplifts organisational change capabilities, empowering the business to navigate and embrace change effectively. Key role accountabilities Work in partnership with project delivery leads and key stakeholders to design and integrate change management practices to support and improve change adoption. Conduct change impact assessments to understand, address, and mitigate the effects of change on stakeholders and business processes. Identify and analyse potential risks associated with change initiatives, developing and implementing proactive mitigation strategies. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure engagement, commitment, and alignment throughout the change process. Provide hands-on training and support to facilitate the smooth adoption of changes across the organisation, ensuring lasting impact. Develop and deliver strategies to uplift the change and transformation capability across the organisation, enabling the business to respond to and adopt change. What we are looking for A certificate or qualification in Change Management or a related field required A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, human resources, organisational psychology, business administration, or a related field is desirable. Proven experience in change management for technology programs of work Experience partnering with various stakeholder groups with the ability to influence, engage and build trust. Experience being involved in large-scale and complex change programs and projects at the enterprise level.
