Join us in this pivotal role, where you'll chart new horizons and leave an enduring legacy for our brand.Position SummaryThe Senior Advisor plays a critical, hands-on role in driving the success of ATCO’s brand & marketing strategies for Australia. The role is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives and managing key external relationships that drive the delivery of these strategies. Partnering strongly with key internal stakeholders, the role ensures the business’s alignment with and delivers on brand health & customer engagement objectives.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesEffectively managing and delivering all aspects of brand strategy initiatives and activity, including campaign work and asset development, to increase awareness and relevance across key markets and target segments.Championing consistency in the brand story across the organisation, ensuring that all touchpoints reflect the brand's look and feel and are consistent with brand assets and other materials.Leading end-to-end delivery of branding and marketing campaigns through multiple channels.Working closely with the ATCO Group Creative Services team and external agencies to leverage developed materials & apply them to the AU business.Coordinating workflow, delivery, and performance of agency partner relationships and other external suppliers, including designers and printers.Tracking the performance of brand health, market perceptions and campaigns against KPIs and success measures to evaluate the success of initiatives and campaigns.Assisting in developing high-quality content that accurately reflects the brand's value proposition and tone of voice across all marketing materials and digital channels.Providing input into planning and assisting in writing brand marketing strategies and plans to align initiatives with business objectives.Managing all marketing and brand-related image and video production and writing and producing marketing communications materials such as signage, invitations, promo items, and collateral materials.Education, Experience & SkillsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field. Postgraduate qualifications in marketing or business administration may also be beneficial.
