Maintenance Supervisor

ATCO's Australian operations are headquartered in Perth, Western Australia and specialise in creating innovative, customer focused energy and infrastructure solutions. ATCO owns and operates Western Australia's largest gas distribution network with more than 800,000 connection points and 14,000km of pipelines. ATCO is looking for two (2) supervisors: one for the Maintenance team and one for the Construction team. The role will involve the supervision and management of teams of field personnel in the construction, operation and maintenance of ATCO’s network ensuring safety, procedural compliance and reliable supply of gas to the end user with particular focus on gas distribution and including the delivery of ATCO’S Capital Works Program and Asset Management Plan.This includes allocating daily work programs for both internal and external resources based on identified priorities and Operational requirements.What you will contribute to:Contribute to and implement annual maintenance plans and budgets for key assetsEnsure services are delivered in accordance with the Asset Management Plan or applicable project planImplement and monitor planned and reactive maintenance resource strategy ensuring achievement of KPI’sEnsure emergency response procedures are implemented, and all staff are trainedEnsure that a fully functional 24-hour emergency response structure is in place to respond to faults and emergencies on assets in the Perth Metro areas.Implement and monitor planned and reactive maintenance resource plansEnsure programs and budgets are monitored and reported on.Monitor and control monthly expenditure against budget allocations.Ensure significant Incidents are investigated and reportedAbout you:Certificate III in Gas Operations (desirable).Experience in the planning and allocation of team resources and the ability to monitor team performance.Project management experience coupled with considerable technical knowledge in gas distribution systems.Good communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to influence, build and maintain strategic relationships with a range of stakeholders and deliver excellent customer service influence.ATCO fosters an inclusive workplace culture where everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
