Customer Relations & Billing Administrator

At Source, we combine technology and renewable energy to deliver cleaner, more affordable energy for everyone.We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations & Billing Administrator to join the Source Energy Co. team on a permanent, full-time basis.Reporting to the Executive Manager, the successful candidate will provide front-facing, high quality customer and billing system support to all existing and new customers of Source Energy Co. through proactively developing and maintaining relationships and answering all enquiries and complaints in a timely manner. You will also support the wider team with project management administration sales and marketing activities as required.What you will contribute to:Oversight of billing operations including data management and reportingReceive, manage and respond to existing customer enquiries and complaints, including both service and billingBuild and maintain strong customer and team relationships to ensure a great customer experienceProactively seek opportunities to continuously improve customer engagement through regular outbound contact and process and system improvementsManage the billing system, namely providing invoices to customers; monitoring payments; and maintaining accurate recordsSupport project delivery manager tasks including ensuring documentation is complete and up to date; project scheduling; ordering of equipment; and organising shipments etc.Provide sales and marketing support to the wider team as requiredAssisting with the preparation and review of marketing materialsProactively seek opportunities to promote and increase awareness of the Source Energy Co. brand in the marketAbout you:Strong experience in a customer relations/service roleProven track record in customer management and billing processesExperience and understanding of project management / deliverySolid experience of working with a CRM databaseCompetent in the use of the MS Office suite, in particular MS Word and ExcelGeneral administration support tasksExperience supporting project management & delivery, and assisting busy sales teams with associated activities would be an advantageSource Energy Co. fosters an inclusive workplace culture where everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
