ATCO also operates two progressive power generation stations - in Adelaide and the Pilbara.What you'll do:Working in the Contact Centre team you will respond to Faults and Emergency and enquiry calls. This role will provide quality customer service over the phone and online while demonstrating the value of the ATCO brand to our customers.Handle incoming customer calls and online enquiries, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.Deliver critical metrics and targets relating to responsiveness, quality, and customer excellence.Own customer queries, deliver a first call resolution and highlight potential repeat call drivers.Demonstrate the value of the ATCO brand and services at every customer interaction.Own and drive self-development with a can-do attitude.Maintain effective workplace relationships with the team and leaders to ensure positive customer outcomes.General ad-hoc office duties Skills & ExperienceWe understand that you may have some but not all of what’s listed below – and that is ok!
